Swimming with friends...

Hanging out with Nikki for a day of relaxation.
We took a trip to Shelley and Ricky's house to swim and play in the hot tub.
The girls playing in the pool while it is being blown up.
 Phoebe enjoying the time outdoors.

 P loves the water!
Tiff came to visit the girls and to play in the pool.
Jocelyn figured out how to use the ladder as a jumping board to do cannon balls into the pool.
Tiff and all of us girls went to have a late breakfast at Shells.  Of course Phoebe had to come too to enjoy her first trip.  The girls ate pancakes that Allison made special for them with lots of whipped cream and strawberries.
After a long day of playing in the pool, the girls are worn out and had to take a nap on Shannon before going out and about for the evening.
Jocelyn is Raphael after playing in the pool
Emilee came to play in the pool after her trip to New York.

We love playing in the pool in the summer time.  It has worked out really well for us this summer because daddy set up the pool in the driveway.  This has left mom and Phoebe the ability to stay cooler in the garage and out of the sun.  While the two big girls tan really easily, I'm not quite ready for Phoebe to have a tan.

Phoebe Rose is here...

After a lot of waiting, Phoebe Rose decided to finally grace us with her presence.  She was born on June 6, 2015 at 11:35 p.m. She weighed in at 7 pounds 14 ounces and 21.5 inches long.  Mommy and daddy were thrilled to meet her.
 Daddy cut the cord
Such a beautiful baby with a full head of hair.  Mommy wanted Mexican all the time, and it really showed with her hair.
Daddy getting to hold her for the first time
Getting checked out for the first time
First bath.  She didn't cry at all during it.
Of course aunt Shannon and Paw Paw came to see her as soon as they were allowed, even though it was 2:00 in the morning!  The little girls tried to stay awake, but didn't make it that late.  Mimi stayed at home with them instead.  Mommy and daddy were at Mimi and Paw's earlier that day, daddy was helping Paw fix the mower.  Mommy kept having contractions for the past few weeks, even going to the hospital twice with them and being sent home after a few hours.  We decided after a few hours of these contractions that MAYBE she was really ready to come.  We finally went to the hospital about 5:30, taking our time getting there.  We were right!
Paw Paw was so excited to meet his newest granddaughter
Look at all that hair!  Dark black hair!
Jocelyn and Daphne getting to meet Phoebe for the first time
All of daddy's girls.  Daphne loved holding her.
Jocelyn had to hold her too
 Kissing their baby sister
Jocelyn was excited about her.  She is such a good little mama.
 Our three beautiful girls
Batgirl getting ready to go home
 Even with the cape!
 First night in our bed
 Jocelyn playing with Phoebe
 The girls playing with her
 Daddy sleeping at the hospital
First ride in the car seat getting ready to leave the hospital.
Our little super heroes.  Jocelyn picked out the name "Batgirl" when asked what she wanted to name her baby sister.  It stuck as her nick name.  All three of them are super heroes...Daphne is "Wonder Woman," Jocelyn is "Super Girl", and Phoebe is "Bat Girl."

Jace meeting Phoebe for the first time
Some of the pictures are out of order.  These are from the hospital.  It's our first family photo...even the purple dog.  The big girls brought Phoebe a purple dog and a Funshine Care Bear when they came to meet her.

Lots have happened since January 2015...

We went to Sweet Frog for some much needed fro yo.  It was good like always :)
Girls playing around with their light up glasses from Tiff
My wonderful husband painting my toe nails while I couldn't quite reach them comfortably with a baby in the belly.
 Pancake sandwich at Shells
Breakfast with Mimi and Paw at Shell's of course!
We took a trip to Sky Zone with the girls and Shannon.  They had a blast...even the adults!
Daddy took his two lovely ladies to the father/daughter dance at the Sally's Y in Denver.  Everyone got dressed up for the occasion and enjoyed a night out.  Mom enjoyed a night out with some friends instead.

Daddy came to the door to pick up his dates...
...and even brought flowers for all three of his girls.

They had such a fun time dancing the night away!
Easter egg hunting at Shannon's house.

 Being silly
Trying on their swimsuits from the Easter Bunny
 playing at the park
Jocelyn spent an evening with Shannon and Mimi at the Freckled Frog painting Olaf.  She did it all by herself and did a great job.

Daddy and Daphne went to a fishing tournament at Jones' Fish Camp.  She won a new purple rod and reel.
She tried very hard.  While she didn't catch anything that day, it was a great day for spending time with daddy.
 Field Day 2015 - 1st Grade
Daphne before her ballet performance of "Giselle"
playing with the neighbor kids in the sprinklers
Jocelyn had been playing so hard she fell asleep in her toys

I was thoroughly impressed with the surprise shower given by my 5th graders.  I had no clue!  It takes a lot to really surprise me, but they spent WEEKS without saying a word to me!  It was so awesome!  I can't thank them enough :)
 climbing trees
We lost our front tooth...the next day, we lost the second one.  We are now Snaggletooth.

Jocelyn spent the night with aunt Shannon a few days before mommy had Phoebe.  She fell out of the bed and hit her head on the nightstand.  Paw called mommy to let us know, and she met Shannon and Mimi at the hospital.  We ended up getting a stitch.  She was a trooper!

This has been Jocelyn's bed for the longest time now.  On the positive side, mommy and daddy has figured out how to get her to sleep a little bit longer than 6am every morning...keeping her awake longer.  It makes for tiring days, but quiet mornings!
