So we have been on the move constantly here lately. I have three sets of pictures that I haven't put online, so here they are. The first set is what is left of the girls weekend in Raleigh. The second is from when we went to the Asheboro Zoo with Aunt Shannon. Daphne had fun, although half of the animals weren't there! We'll have to go back when it gets warmer. The last set is from last Saturday when we spent the day with our cousin Carly. We all went to lunch and then went to grandmaw's instead of my house, just in case the storm got really bad. Anyway, in other news, we have completed our baby proofing project, which we are happy about. Daphne is crawling all over the place and pulling up on everything. We are just hoping she doesn't start walking in the next too weeks! Time is flying by so quickly! Clinton has been working very hard these past few weeks to help me get things in and around the house completed and he hasn't complained at all. He's been wonderful and I'm so happy that he puts up with Daphne and me :) We are also signed up to be in charge of nursery one weekend in June. It'll be fun. We are trying to take a more active role in our church, so we'll see how that goes. We have also been hanging out a lot more with our neighbors now that they are back from Florida. Oh, speaking of Florida, Curtis is getting married in October, and we are flying down there to see him. He called and asked Clinton to be his best man, so he is too excited. That means we now have 2 weddings to go to in October. I'm guessing October is the new June for weddings?
Daphne at the dress shop. She was enjoying all the attention.
Obviously we love Goodnight Moon very much. I love the face.
Daphne wanted to help make pancakes on Sunday morning before we left!
Daphne is NOT interested in TV. She's more interested in getting into trouble when she can.
Fingers in the mouth
Daphne had to hold the map to the zoo. She was so excited. She even roared (literally) when we got to the bears and I told her that the bears made a roar sound when they talked. It was so cute. Mommy and daddy's little genius!
Aligators!
He sat and watched people for quite awhile.
Salamander. It's too bad Brian and I never saw THESE in the creek when we were little!
Oh I love my little family! They make me so happy :)
Carly and Daphne at Olive Garden. Carly is big enough to hold her by herself now. It also helps that Daphne can hold her own head up really well too! Carly likes that!
Carly trying to feed Daphne some yummy carrots!
She did a good job. Only a little got on my pants.
By the end of the day, the girls wanted to take a nap. It was so cute, Carly wanted to take a nap, so she went to grandmaw's bed. The next thing I know, Daphne crawled under the covers with Carly after her diaper was changed. They stayed like that for quite some time. It was too cute!
