So this is one of many posts to update our pictures. Weeks go by too quickly and I run out of time to put them online. So, here is a rundown of what has happened here lately. First, Clinton and I worked very hard on our yardwork and we are finished with the landscaping part. Now, we have to figure out how to make more grass grow in the clay on a very small budget. Then we had my Spring Break, which was wonderful. It makes me really want summer to get here faster. We all went to the cabin for Easter, leaving on Friday afternoon and Daphne and I came back on Monday afternoon. Clinton had to go back with Brian on Sunday because he had to work. We enjoyed our time with Mimi. Then, we did a lot of playing throughout the week, and Clinton and I did spring cleaning while Daphne was asleep/Clinton was home from work. We went to Raleigh on Saturday, and Emerald Isle on Saturday, then came back on Sunday. Clinton and I this past weekend got to go see FLEETWOOD MAC in concert on April 25th. It was absolutely amazing. We also got to spend the whole night away from Daphne. We survived. Clinton and I went out with a couple of girls and their husbands from school. Oh so much fun :) I have blackmail pictures now hehe!
Daphne is getting really good at swimming.

Off to Emerald Isle...
On Saturday, we went to Raleigh to visit Aunt Tiff and Uncle Joe. It was so pretty that when we got there, we decided to pack up the car and all go to Emerald Isle for the afternoon. It was Daphne's first trip to the beach. The water was FREEZING, so she didn't like it all that much, but she LOVED the sand. We played there for like two hours in a hole that was dug for her to play in.

Spring Break Week
The week after Easter I had the whole week off, and so Daphne and I did a lot of playing around in the dirt, running around the house, and just having a good time. Here are some of the highlights of the week. Daphne got her first ride on the tractor mowing the grass with daddy. We were watching him mow on the back porch and she kept waving at him every time he would come near, so we let her ride with him. She seemed to enjoy it.
